Indian police have let Rafiq Qureshi off the mudder focking hook. Nisar Tamboli, a senior police officer, told Reuters, “So far there is no evidence of any offense, hence there is no registration of complaint and no arrest.” Innocent or not…you KNOW there are going to be eyes on Rafiq from now on.
