Remember back in 2008 when Sienna Miller and Josh Hartnett had some sort of rendezvous at a random hotel. Yeah, we don’t really remember that either as keeping track of Sienna’s flings are as challenging as solving a Rubik’s cube. But rumor has it that when Josh was admitted to Cedars-Sinai on Monday for abdominal pain, Sienna Miller was in a tizzy.

According to x17.com, Sienna rushed to Josh’s bedside on Tuesday to make sure he wasn’t lonely during his recovery.

A source tells the website, “Sienna had just 24 hours to fly all the way to L.A. to see Josh. She was very concerned and wanted to be sure he knew how much she cared for him.”

Awwww, is this a budding romance about to take off? We shall see.
