In a twist that one might expect from an episode of The Hills, Spencer Pratt, once-accused of spreading rumors about a Lauren Conrad sex tape, now finds himself on the other end of a similar scenario.

A recent National Enquirer report claimed that Pratt, 24, has been shopping footage of himself and some pals hooking up with a bevy of Brazilian women (before he met fiance Heidi Montag, 21) and wants it released on the sly under the guise that it had been “stolen.”

But Pratt assures Us Weekly, “I was never on camera, and there is no sex tape. However, I did go to Brazil three years ago to film a jujitsu tournament for a documentary.”

At the risk of giving Pratt ideas, a source tells Us that if there were a sex tape of him floating around, it could fetch serious bucks. “Initial licensing could be upward of a million dollars,” says the source, who has bought and sold celebrity footage. “He could turn it into a money-making machine.”

More on Pratt’s sex-tape problem appears in the new Us Weekly, on stands now.

As wildfires continue to rage out of control in Southern California, many celebrities have had to evacuate their homes and production has even been halted on TV shows like 24, NCIS, Cold Case and Big Shots.

The Hills stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt told E! News’ Ryan Seacrest the blaze came so close to their house on Sunday afternoon that they used a garden hose to fight the flames until firefighters arrived.

The bed and breakfast run by Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott on Tori & Dean: Inn Love was forced to close when the town it is located in was evacuated.

Mel Gibson, Victoria Principal, Olivia Newton-John and Titanic director James Cameron were also among the rich and famous evacuated from their Malibu homes due to out-of-control brush fires.

The fires reportedly started when downed power lines ignited dry brush. Other A-listers whose beachfront properties are in danger include Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox and David Arquette and Tom Hanks. The fires are expected to continue for several days.

One day after his girlfriend Heidi Montag’s “first single” premiered on L.A.’s KIIS-FM, The Hills’ Spencer Pratt is speaking out about how his “white rapper-boy” antics were never meant for air.

In an interview this morning with Ryan Seacrest, Pratt, who manages Montag’s music career, admitted that he was initially shocked and angered that the track was leaked, but Montag, on the other hand, is just happy it’s being played on the radio – and getting some positive feedback!

“I was beyond thrilled,” she told Seacrest. “Then I heard the song and was like ‘Oh, no! That’s not the right song.’ I’m thrilled everybody’s liking it and it’s out there, but Spencer and I were just messing around in the studio and that wasn’t the first single I wanted.”

Pratt, however, is singing a different tune. “As her manager, I never would – over my dead body – release her single with my white rapper-boy flow on it. That was just me doing a joke in the studio – I never thought anyone would ever hear that, let alone on the radio! I was like ‘Oh, I am K-Fed. I am K-Fed!’

We don’t think that’s so bad, as long as Montag doesn’t become the new Britney Spears.
