OK! Exclusive: Lindsay’s First Post-Rehab Interview!

“It was a sobering experience,” Lindsay Lohan, perhaps not realizing the pun, reveals to OK! in her first interview since leaving rehab last Friday. “It made me look at myself and all the people, places and things in my life in a different way.”

With her until-recently estranged father Michael by her side, Lindsay made the big move from Cirque Lodge rehab center in Utah back to life in Los Angeles. But, the young star tells OK!, she may not be gone for too long. “I’m going back to shoot Dare to Love Me, but I plan on returning to Utah so I can stay focused and avoid other distractions.”

One of the reasons she’d return so quickly to Utah is to avoid the constant partying of Hollywood. “Tempation is always there,” the 21-year-old actress admits, adding, “but now I’ll avoid it the right way.”

Lindsay also now seems to have perspective when she revisits those last few months before entering rehab, climaxing in her arrest for DUI and cocaine possession. “I hit rock bottom,” she confesses. “Everything in my life came to a point where I had to make a decision.”

With her hard-partying days hopefully in her past, Lindsay has only to look to the future. “I’m here to stay,” she tells OK! with conviction. “My talent is a gift and I’m going to use it.”

Lindsay’s Mom Says Her Daughter Is Staying in Rehab

Lindsay Lohan will not be leaving the Cirque Lodge rehab program in Utah this weekend, as had been speculated, according to her mother.

“Not true,” Dina Lohan, 45, told Access Hollywood in an e-mail, “staying in Utah.”

A source close to the star also tells PEOPLE: “Lindsay is not leaving Cirque Lodge in Utah any time soon. She has a few more weeks to grow and develop, and she is doing great.”

Lindsay’s treatment at the facility began last month, following her early morning July 24 arrest in Santa Monica, Calif., on suspicion of drunken driving after a brief car chase.

At the police station, Lohan, 21, was searched and a “small” amount of cocaine was found in her pocket, said Santa Monica police spokesman Lt. Alex Padilla.

Immediately after she was booked, her attorney said that Lohan, who had recently completed a six-week stint at Malibu’s Promises rehab center, had “relapsed” and was receiving “medical care.”

A month later, at the time her lawyer negotiated a plea deal for Lohan in her DUI cases, the actress issued a statement in which she accepted responsibility for her actions and said she suffers from drug and alcohol addiction.

“It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs,” her statement began.

During her time at the Cirque Lodge, Lohan was spotted taking bicycling and whitewater-rafting excursions. She was also reunited with her long-estranged father, Michael Lohan. Her mother and her siblings, Cody and Ali, have also paid her visits.

Exclusive: Lindsay Lohan’s Rep Denies Lohan’s Involvement in Divorce

A British heiress from a family worth $1.4 billion has started divorce proceedings after reports surfaced that her husband, Dead Stays Alive frontman Tony Allen, had sex with Lindsay Lohan while staying at the Cirque Lodge rehab clinic.

According to the Daily Mail, Stephanie Allen, 28, the packaging heiress whose family makes boxes for McDonald’s, filed 52 pages worth of divorce papers last week in in Savannah, Georgia’s Chatham County Court, identifying Lohan as one of the precipitators of the divorce.

In the claim, Stephanie, who is filing for custody of the couple’s 8-month-old twins, states that her marriage is “irretrievably broken” and points to Tony’s “adultery” and “cruel treatment” as grounds for the split. The papers also accuse the musician of being “guilty of habitual drug addiction.”

The lawyers do not name Lohan in the actual complaint but they refer to Tony’s “conduct and relationship with another woman,” and Exhibit ‘A’, which is attached to the divorce papers, includes articles claiming Lohan, 21, started a relationship with Tony Allen while they were both being treated at the Utah rehab clinic.

Lohan’s rep insists these allegations are untrue. “It’s unfortunate Stephanie Allen is blaming the demise of her marriage on Lindsay,” the rep tells Us exclusively. “Stephanie needs to look at her marriage to determine the reason why things went wrong because it has nothing to do with Lindsay. Lindsay and Tony are friends and that’s all. They are supporting one another through a similar experience. This is a friendship based on trust and mutual support and nothing else.”

The couple have been married since December 18, 2004, and started “living in a bona fide state of separation” about a month ago, according to the documents.

A large amount of money could be at stake in the divorce. In 2002, Stephanie’s father and four sisters sold their packaging business Linpac, for $1.4 billion, while maintaining a $197 million stake in the company.

In the affidavit, Stephanie states: “My husband entered a drug rehabilitation centre in Utah…on or about July 11, 2007. After my husband’s return from said rehabilitation I was bombarded by telephone call alerting me to the fact that my husband’s conduct with another woman was on the internet and in gossip magazines.”

Tony has also denied the rumors, saying: “We’re great friends. We share a common affliction, and we just talk about life sometimes.”

However, another report claims that Tony was overheard in a bar bragging to friends about sleeping with the actress: “C’mon, it’s Lindsay Lohan. Hell, yes! Wouldn’t you?”

Lindsay’s Dad Tells Tale of Rehab Reunion

After years of estrangement between Lindsay Lohan and her father, Michael, the two enjoyed an emotional reunion at Lindsay’s current rehab center, Cirque Lodge, in Utah. Now, Michael reveals exactly what was said between the two recovering addicts.

“As soon as I arrived, Lindsay rushed into my arms and curled up in my lap and sobbed like a baby,” Michael Lohan told the U.K.’s News of the World. “Lindsay said, ‘Daddy, I have done some terrible things and been addicted to drugs but please believe me I will never do drugs again.’”

The 21-year-old starlet, who is currently in rehab for third time this year, also said she hated Hollywood, and wants to quit the film industry all together!

“She said, ‘I’m like you, daddy,’” Michael confesses. “As much as it pains me to say it, she is right. Both Lindsay and I have addictive personalities and turn to drugs in times of crisis. I have been in a prison and am a recovering addict so I know more than anyone what she’s going through.”

Lindsay also blames her parent’s divorce for her drug battles. “Lindsay said since me and her mom had split her life had just not been the same. My heart ached and I was racked with guilt,” said Michael, 47, who is currently divorced from Lindsay’s mom and manager, Dina.

But Michael admits that things are looking up for him and his daughter. He says Lindsay is enthusiastic about her new lifestyle in rehab. She spends most of her hours scribbling song ideas on a notepad, gardening, and caring for the center’s horses.

“These are the things normal people take for granted,” snipes Michael. “Things which Lindsay has not done for a long time because she has been wasted on drugs. I have seriously not seen her this happy in years.”

Eleven days before entering Cirque Lodge, Lindsay had completed a month-and-a-half long stay at a rehab facility in Malibu. Now, Lindsay fears leaving rehab to soon. “She wants to make absolutely certain she can cope on her own in the outside world,” said Michael.

Michael also had a few words for Britney Spears, who has fallen off her thrown as pop princess of the world. “You only have to look at the poor state Britney Spears is in to know living in Hollywood is not good for these young girls,” says Michael. “Lindsay and I both pray Britney can turn her life around too.”

La Lohan Trial Gets Green Light

Trouble magnet Lindsay Lohan may have dodged a bullet recently when a California court opted not to pursue felony charges stemming from her arrests earlier this summer for DUI and cocaine possession, but yesterday a judge in L.A. decided not to be so lenient on the young star, giving the go-ahead for a lawsuit that dates back to an auto accident in October 2005.

According to the Calfornia Highway Patrol, the plaintiff in the case, Raymundo Ortega, was making an illegal U-turn when his car was allegedly struck by Lohan’s oncoming vehicle. In spite of this, Ortega is still seeking $200,000 in damages from Lohan, who sustained minor injuries in the crash.

Lohan’s attornies had been arguing that the case had insufficient merit to continue, but Judge Michael L. Stern rejected their motion and set a trial date for April 7, 2008.

Body Language Breakdown: Lindsay and Michael Lohan

Michael Lohan refused to comment on his recent reunion with daughter Lindsay after three years of estrangement, so Usmagazine.com asked body language expert Dr. Lillian Glass to analyze the pair’s interaction as they reconnected on the grounds of the Cirque Lodge rehabilitation center in rural Utah.

According to Dr. Glass, the Lohans started by taking it slow.

“At first she’s kind of leery and it shows,” she says. “She’s very stiff and her shoulders are rounded, her head is down. She’s unsure of herself.”

Dr. Glass points out that the 21-year-old actress appears very childlike in the top photo taken on September 6. “She’s kind of regressed into that little girl instead of all that bravado,” she says. “He’s reaching out to her. She’s going to wait and see what he has to say.”

Well, apparently a lot can happen in three days. By September 9, the father and daughter appeared to be on better terms.

“She’s got her arms around him, and she’s holding the flower kind of like it’s a peace offering. I think they’re totally bonded,” says Dr. Glass.

“They’ve totally thrown all their past and all the hatred behind them and both made amends with each other.”

She added: “This is the start of a new life for both of them.”

Lindsay Gets Rehab Visit From Dad

Lindsay Lohan has reopened the doors of communication with her estranged father, Michael. After speaking with her mother, Dina, the I Know Who Killed Me starlet agreed to allow her dad to visit her at Cirque rehab center in Utah, according the New York Post’s Page Six.

“It was actually her older brother, Michael’s, idea. It’s a part of the healing process,” a friend said. “Lindsay will see him later this week, but she will have counselors with her. It will not be alone.”

Michael and Dina have recently finalized their divorce settlement, including their very public spat over custody of their minor children. Lindsay, 21, hasn’t seen her father in years because of his abusive temper and behavior, says Page Six. For Michael to visit Lindsay in rehab, Dina had to have her restraining order against him lifted.

“Dina thinks it is a good idea,” the friend said. “Lindsay needs to deal with this and needs closure.” Michael has said he’s been sober and found God since leaving jail earlier this summer. A rep for the Lohans said, “Yes, he will be seeing his daughter.”

Lindsay Strikes Deal: 1 Day In Jail!

Lindsay Lohan has reached a plea deal that only puts her in jail for one day! After the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office charged LiLo with seven misdemeanors, the troubled starlet’s lawyer Blair Berk plead no contest on her behalf in a Beverly Hills court room Thursday.

“She’s getting what everyone else would get,” Deputy District Attorney Danette Meyers said after an hourlong hearing.

Lohan’s plea deal also has her serving 10 days of community service and completing a drug treatment program. The judge just said Lohan will serve 36 months probation and attend an alcohol education program for 18 months. She’s also been ordered not to use controlled substances or associate with people with controlled substances.

On Thursday, Lindsay released a statement saying, “It is clear to me that my life has become completely unmanageable because I am addicted to alcohol and drugs. Recently, I relapsed and did things for which I am ashamed. I broke the law, and today I took responsibility by pleading guilty to the charges in my case. No matter what I said when I was under the influence on the day I was arrested, I am not blaming anyone else for my conduct other than myself. I thank God I did not injure others. I easily could have. I very much want to be healthy and gain control of my life and career and have asked for medical help in doing so. I am taking these steps to improve my life. Luckily, I am not alone in my daily struggle and I know that people like me have succeeded. Maybe with time it will become easier. I hope so.”

Lindsay’s parents are speaking out on their daughter’s situation. Michael Lohan told The Insider, “I am overjoyed that the system sees that Lindsay is getting the help she needed by putting her best foot forward and by going to rehab. I think between her attorney, Blair Berk, and her therapists at Cirque Lodge, she’s around people that care about her best welfare and Lindsay as a human being.”

Lindsay’s mom, Dina Lohan, told 24Sizzler.com, “My children and I are in a wonderful place in our lives and people just want to make things up and see us fail!”

Lindsay Lohan Charged With 7 Misdemeanors!

Lindsay Lohan ducked felony charges Thursday when she was formally charged with seven misdemeanors for her two DUI cases.

Among the seven counts were two counts each of driving under the influence, driving with a blood alcohol of over .08 percent and being under the influence of cocaine. There was one count of reckless driving.

Lohan had two separate DUI incidents this year in Los Angeles, one in May and one in July. In both incidents police say they found cocaine, however, the amounts tested were below .05 grams — the required amount by the Los Angeles County District Attorney’s office for filing felony charges.

According to the D.A.’s office, tests showed that Lohan had .04 grams of cocaine powder in her purse for the May DUI and .02 grams of cocaine on her in July.

Lohan is currently at Cirque Lodge in Utah seeking treatment.

Dissecting Signature Style: Lindsay Lohan is ‘Overly Complicated’

Earlier this week, we analyzed the signature of two Jessicas: Biel and Simpson. Now we examine the autograph of rehab-hopping actress Lindsay Lohan and discover what she’s really hiding behind all those nefarious loops and heart shapes.

“Lindsay Lohan’s signature is overly complicated and convoluted. Not knowing what it says, it would be impossible to read,” says Sheila Lowe, a forensic handwriting expert and author of The Complete Idiot’s Guide to Handwriting Analysis.

She adds: “There’s a heart shape with a slash through it in the left circle, which suggests that her heart may be broken, and that could be why both names are encircled and tied up in a bow–she feels hurt and has a profound need to protect her ego.”

Come back Monday when our handwriting expert takes on Jessica Alba’s handiwork!
