Lindsay Lohan says she felt compelled to blog on her MySpace Celebrity page after two photographers asked her if her 14-year-old sister Ali had implants.

“It made me feel a bit sick to my stomach,” she writes. “My response simply was, ‘Did you really just ask me that? She is a 14-year-old girl, and you are a pedophile!’”

Lindsay continues, “All I am trying to say is that I was raised with a wonderful family surrounding me. Of course, we have our ups and downs, but all in all, my mother taught us to appreciate what we have been given. Nor would she ever encourage, or allow a 14-year-old child to alter her body.”

Lindsay goes on to say that she doesn’t judge people who do have plastic surgery.

“I am just saying that it’s not something that my family finds necessary to do, especially when you’re not even fully developed yet!” she writes.

She ends her post with a shout-out to girlfriend Samantha Ronson: “I miss Samantha cuz she’s out of town.”

With Ali Lohan’s star status poised to rise (she’ll be featured on mom Dina’s new E! show), older sis Lindsay is urging her to “keep her head on straight.”

Her other tip?

“Stay away from the clubs!” Lindsay, 21, tells Extra in a new interview about Ali, 14, who recently told Teen Vogue, “I want [to be famous] so bad.”

Adds Lindsay, “I wish her the best of luck.”

Once a club fixture, Lindsay (who was arrested twice for DUI and completed three stints in rehab) says she is now looking forward to re-launching her career.

“I’m part of a film that Jack Black is involved in that is starting around April, hopefully,” she says. “We’re getting the cast together now.”

Her icon Ann-Margret “is a part of it,” Lindsay adds. “I’m very excited! I just really respect her.”

Lindsay — who recently went topless — is also keeping busy with a new album.

“It’s more of a dance vibe,” says Lindsay, who is collaborating with Ne-Yo on the album. “This one I do want to tour with.”

Overall, Lindsay tells Extra, “Everything’s great. Everyone’s happy.”

After a tumultuous 2007, Lindsay Lohan says she’s finally at peace with herself.

“I think everybody should be just who they are and I am what I am,” Lindsay tells Entertainment Tonight. “I’ve been doing this for so long and I’ve grown up very fast.”

A former child star and now 21 years old, the starlet has lived quite a different, not to mention wild, lifestyle from the get-go than peers her age, which Lindsay admits she’s finally learned the hard way she had rectify.

“I have different responsibilities than (other) people have at my age and it’s taken me time to recognize that,” Lindsay says. “I’ve gone through the phases that I’ve had to go through, so now I’m growing up and hopefully people are growing with me. I think it’s an important message to send, instead of trying to be someone else.”

With a slew of movie projects lined up and a “very therapeutic” third album in the works, life appears to be back on track for the redhead.

And just how changed is she? Lindsay plans on traveling to Africa to bring vaccines to the poor.

While her fans gasped in shock Tuesday night as news broke that 16-year-old actress Jamie Lynn Spears, younger sister of Britney, had confirmed exclusively to OK! that she is expecting her first child, one of Hollywood’s most jaded celebs tells OK! she doesn’t see what the fuss is all about.

When asked what she thought of the news that the Zoey 101 star and her boyfriend will soon be parents, Lindsay Lohan spoke bluntly, telling OK!, “Not much,” before asking, “Why do people think it’s such a big deal?”

Of course, keep in mind this is coming from an actress who at the tender age of 21 has already made multiple visits to rehab, spent time in jail (okay, well only a few minutes, but that’s more time than we’re willing to serve) and been linked romantically to over a dozen of Hollywood’s hottest hunks. So perhaps a little underage, unmarried pregnancy isn’t such a big deal to her.

Lindsay Lohan called into a Las Vegas radio station on Friday, in an effort to score Hannah Montana tickets for a friend’s nieces – and ended up chatting with the hosts about how her life is going.

“I think my life is different now, and it’s changed, and I’m growing up,” Lohan, 21, told the morning hosts at Mix 94.1 FM– which just happens to be giving away tickets to people who get celebs to call in.

“It was time to grow up. I’ve gone through a lot, and I’m just a different person now,” said Lohan, later saying, “It’s amazing, everything’s going so well.”

Asked about her life since rehab, the actress said she has turned a page, which she said is why she’s been in the news less often lately.

She also discussed her current projects – mostly musical in nature. “I’ve been in the studio, and it’s going really well, and I’m really excited, ’cause it’s going to be more urban pop,” she said. “It’s good to be back in the studio.”

She declined to discuss her love life (”I don’t kiss and tell”), but added that she hopes she can plan a trip to Africa on a humanitarian mission sometime soon.

“I really love children,” she said, “and it would be nice to give back.”

Lindsay Lohan and Riley Giles, the 25-year-old snowboarder she met while seeking treatment at Utah’s Cirque Lodge, have ended their relationship, sources confirm to PEOPLE.

“They’re over – they’ve broken up,” a source says. “They split after Thanksgiving weekend.”

Adds another source: “She is concentrating on her life and her career.”

Lohan, 21, checked out of the exclusive Cirque Lodge on Oct. 5. She had been there since August. (The breakup was first reported by E! News.)

A week after his daughter had left Cirque Lodge, Lindsay’s father, Michael Lohan, told PEOPLE about Giles: “He’s a great, great kid. If you met him, you’d like him.”

New Record Label
On the career front, Lindsay is gearing up to head back to the studio to record an album for Universal Music Group’s Motown label, to be released next year. (She had previously recorded with the parent company’s Casablanca label.)

A label source tells PEOPLE that Lohan “is expected to start recording within the next two weeks.”

In addition, Lohan is gearing up for a scheduled cameo on ABC’s Ugly Betty. Says her rep: “As we left it, she was in talks to do an arc on Ugly Betty, which she is a huge fan of. She’s hoping that the [writers’] strike ends soon. She’d love to get back to work.”

Despite the reality television weekly magazine’s reports that Lindsay Lohan will host a New Year’s Eve party at LAX in Las Vegas’ Luxor Hotel, a rep for the venue tells OK!, “We only know that Paris and Nicky Hilton are hosting the NYE party at LAX, and as far as I know they’re the only hosts.”

Would the Hilton sisters really want to share billing with Lindsay, with whom they’ve had a hot-and-cold relationship on the best days?

Prior to entering rehab, Lindsay had a deal to host her 21st birthday at Pure Nightclub in Vegas, a club under the same management as LAX. According to the reality television weekly magazine’s report, hosting NYE at LAX would fulfill Lindsay’s contractual obligations since she cancelled the birthday party. A rep for Pure tells OK! they haven’t heard anything about Lindsay hosting NYE at Pure either.

Radio host JJ Ryan at KFRX radio in Lincoln, Nebraska, says snowboarder Riley Giles has told JJ that he’s engaged to girlfriend Lindsay Lohan.

“I want to be the first to say CONGRATS!” JJ tells OK! exclusively. If you’re wondering how and why this radio host from middle America would be so in-the-know, let us set your mind at ease. “I read an article about [Riley’s] ex-fiance; I was trying to book her on my radio show,” JJ explains to OK!. “I saw on her MySpace that she was bickering with Riley, so I went back to the article and realized it was Lindsay’s man! This is when I e-mailed him, and tried to get him on the show.”

JJ then claims that Lindsay and Riley, who met in rehab at Cirque Lodge in Sundance, Utah, got engaged, at the Utah resort the actress stayed at after she first exited rehab. JJ tells OK! that it was Riley himself who revealed he was engaged.

Although JJ doesn’t know Lindsay personally, he wishes her the best. “It seems as if the last few months have been tough for her,” he tells OK! “I think everyone deserves to be happy — that’s what life is all about. People say that her career is over, and that she has tarnished her image. I could not disagree more. She is young, and she has a lot of exciting things to look forward to, not only with her career, but with her personal life also!”

Although Lindsay’s rep denies any engagement, you might want to cue the sound of wedding bells anyway. “I wish the best to Lindsay and Riley!” JJ exclaims.

Fresh out of rehab in Utah, reformed Hollywood wild child Lindsay Lohan is starting out her sober life with a new lover, snowboarder Riley Giles. But Riley’s hurt and furious former fiancé, Breanna Tierney, says Lindsay is a man-hungry homewrecker who seduced Riley while they were both patients at the Cirque Lodge treatment facility!

“Lindsay Lohan stole my fiancé and wrecked my life!” declares Breanna, 22. “I loved Riley, and Lindsay stole him from me.”

Breanna says she “stuck by Riley through the good and the bad.” She adds, “Even after a car accident in Las Vegas, when Riley was arrested and I was left at the scene. That was his third or fourth DUI. We knew then he had to get help. So he went into rehab, and I waited for him. We lived together for three years and planned on being together forever. But when he confessed that he had sex with Lindsay in one of the stairwells at Cirque — that was it; we were done.”

“THEY’LL NEVER LAST”
But Breanna doesn’t think Lindsay and Riley, 25, will make it as a couple. “There’s no way they are going to last,” she says. “I know Riley well enough to know that every action he takes is to benefit himself. He’s just looking for publicity. He’s got Lindsay to get attention for his so-called snowboarding career. He’s using her and she’s using him — nice, huh?”

The cozy zip-up was covered in positive affirmations like words “i’m oh so lovely”, “heir to the throne”, “beauty comes from within”, “royal queen” and “love is the key.”

Practicing personal affirmations is a technique often used in rehab to help patients overcome negative thinking, and encourage positive changes in their life.
