Heidi Montag turned the big 2-2 Monday with a picnic with beau Spencer Pratt.

“I got some amazing gifts and a cake that said, ‘Happy Birthday, Princess Heidi!’” she said Tuesday on Ryan Seacrest’s KIIS-FM radio show.

And although Pratt didn’t surprise her with a ring, he told Seacrest their engagement “is definitely imminent.”

See at what age your favorite celebs got engaged.

As for that rock, Pratt (who was previously engaged to Montag before they briefly split) said, “she’s dreaming big.”

See photos of Hollywood’s flashiest engagement rings.

Pratt added that Montag has also been nagging him about starting a family.

“Heidi talks about lots of kids all the time,” he said. “She wakes up with these great dreams about five kids.”

Montag then interrupted, “I want, like, four. Maybe I’ll adopt 10. I want to have my own orphanage like Mother Teresa.”

For now, Pratt said, “I am fighting her everyday – [she wants] kittens and puppies.”

Has Montag’s latest milestone given her a change of heart when it comes to foe Lauren Conrad? (On Monday’s episode of The Hills, both admitted they miss each other.)

“It’s hard to say, and I don’t talk to her about it,” Montag said. “Obviously, a part of her misses me, and we were close. It’s natural to miss each other.”

Look back at Lauren Conrad’s BFFs over the years.

But she doesn’t want the bickering to carry on.

“I’m 22 now, so I’m really grown up,” she went on. “Life is really short, and I don’t need negative energy. There are children who are sick in the worst and, like, important matters, and it’s such a waste of time to be fighting and angry.”

Lauren Conrad and Heidi Montag are now at war … on the dance floor.

Conrad, Audrina Patridge and Lauren “Lo” Bosworth hit Hollywood hot spot Goa early Friday around midnight to film scenes for the upcoming season of their MTV mega-hit.

Around 1 a.m. Montag — who tells the new issue of Us Weekly that she has called off her wedding to Spencer Pratt — showed up with Pratt’s sister Stephanie. Though Conrad ignored them, “Audrina came over and hugged and chatted with Heidi,” the witness told Usmagazine.com.

Wearing a short, patterned dress, black tights and black leather jacket, Montag and Pratt set up shop at a table next to Conrad and her pals.

“Lauren and Heidi were literally almost back to back and not speaking,” the onlooker told Us.

Conrad and co then hit the dance floor to 80s music. “Lauren danced with a tall blonde guy and all of them were waving their drinks in the air,” says the on-looker.

Ten minutes later, Montag hit the floor to Dr. Dre’s “Next Episode” — only to be followed up a short time later by Patridge and Conrad who took over the dance floor to “Piece of Me” by Britney Spears and “Rumors” by Lindsay Lohan.

Any episode of The Hills in which Spencer Pratt and Heidi Montag get into a screaming match is must-see MTV. And Monday night’s episode not only provided that, but also an interesting new twist in the saga that is Lauren Conrad and Brody Jenner’s permanent state of flirtation that Lauren painfully calls “limbo.”

At long last, Lauren acted on her season-long affection for Brody at a Halloween party at LC’s casa, engaging in a cute game of beer pong. After beating Brody in the game, LC gave Brody a series of come-hither looks. The pair seemed to be totally smitten. Or, as LC pal Whitney Port put it, “I can definitely sense some sort of chemistry.” Alas, Brody left the party early and they didn’t hook up.

As LC and Brody racheted up their sexual tension, a Justin-Bobby-free Audrina Partridge auditioned the part of her new beau at the Halloween bash. The night’s choice? Australian hottie Corey, who, with his sailor suit and sweet smile, made Us melt.

The wisest observation of the entire season, however, came when Lauren listed Corey’s merits vis a vis Justin-Bobby: “He returns your calls (which Justin didn’t), he likes to kiss (which Justin didn’t) and he bathes (which Justin didn’t)…Upgrade!”

On the other side of The Hills, it was yet another fight for the engaged Speidi, as Spencer stormed out of their apartment in a fit of rage after learning that Heidi and his sister had been talking about Heidi’s pre-wedding jitters. (Heidi had revealed to Spencer’s sister Stephanie, “Maybe we should postpone this [the wedding] and wait a little bit. I mean, what’s the harm in waiting.”)

After last week’s battle ending with Heidi removing her engagement ring, it was unclear if the couple will make it to the altar. This week’s episode indicated that Speidi is definitely skating on thin ice as winter and their wedding nears. At the end of this week’s spat, Heidi warned Spencer, “If you leave, don’t come back!”

Even though we suspect he will return, it’s fun considering how much better off Heidi might be if he didn’t.

Up Next Week: Finale fever! Will Speidi walk down the aisle? Will Brody ditch his playboy ways and commit to Lauren?

Well, it seems clear after last night’s episode of The Hills that Heidi and Lauren are definitely not going to be friends again, right? Unless you read Blender magazine’s new feature on aspiring pop star Heidi, who says the person we know as Heidi on The Hills is just a character she plays. Huh?!

Says Ms. Montag of life on reality TV, “I’m just glad I don’t have to deal with all the drama. I mean, it’s fun to watch, but I’m glad it’s not my life. I’m actually a drama-free person.”

Among other choice tidbits from Lauren’s former BFF, who, of course, was accompanied by her ever-present bore-friend Spencer Pratt:

On the gigantic (and rumored to be fake) engagement ring fiancé Pratt gave her: “It’s at home,” Montag told the interviewer. “I take it off at night because it’s big and I don’t want it getting caught in my hair or scratching my face, and I didn’t have time to put it on today.”

On her career plans: “I’ve always been singing. I’ve been dancing since I was 2—hip-hop, jazz, tap, everything. I was a wicked stepsister in Cinderella. I was a fairy in A Midsummer Night’s Dream. I was Beatrice in . . . an old English play. Acting, singing, dancing —it’s always been in me.”

On how, in addition to her music ambitions, she’s also planning on becoming an award-winning actress: “I also plan to win an Oscar,” she says. “I’m very ambitious.”

On how she’s not a brainless shopaholic: “I like to read a couple books at once. I was reading the Princess Diana book. I’m reading a book about Chicago and the mob. Right now I’m also reading the Bible, beginning to end. I’m very religious. That’s how I’ve gotten to where I am.”

Wow, this definitely isn’t the Heidi we know from The Hills, is it?

Which, of course, begs the question: Is the Heidi we see on the show closer to the real Heidi than the “real” Heidi who’s being interviewed in Blender? —

As wildfires continue to rage out of control in Southern California, many celebrities have had to evacuate their homes and production has even been halted on TV shows like 24, NCIS, Cold Case and Big Shots.

The Hills stars Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt told E! News’ Ryan Seacrest the blaze came so close to their house on Sunday afternoon that they used a garden hose to fight the flames until firefighters arrived.

The bed and breakfast run by Tori Spelling and Dean McDermott on Tori & Dean: Inn Love was forced to close when the town it is located in was evacuated.

Mel Gibson, Victoria Principal, Olivia Newton-John and Titanic director James Cameron were also among the rich and famous evacuated from their Malibu homes due to out-of-control brush fires.

The fires reportedly started when downed power lines ignited dry brush. Other A-listers whose beachfront properties are in danger include Jennifer Aniston, Courteney Cox and David Arquette and Tom Hanks. The fires are expected to continue for several days.

Heidi Montag wants to set the record straight about a surprising posting that went up on her Web site Monday—she didn’t post it.

“My Web site was hacked last night, so I’m not sure what was posted up,” she said Tuesday during an event at a Los Angeles Taco Bell in support of World Hunger Relief Week.

A posting dated Oct. 16 and titled “The Truth” went live on Monday night, reading: “Me and Spencer did spread the false rumors about Lauren’s sex tape.”

The Hills star Lauren Conrad has long blamed Montag and her fiancé Spencer Pratt for starting rumors about an alleged X-rated tape, which Conrad insists does not exist.

Montag and Pratt seemed more perplexed than anyone else as to how the posting made it on the site, with Pratt citing the “Blonde Defense.”

“I don’t think [Heidi] would even know how to log in to her Web site,” he joked to reporters. Montag quickly added, “Yeah, I don’t even know how to run that, or else I would have put up World Relief Week, and all these statistics about world hunger.”

As for finding the culprit behind the posting, Pratt seemed ready to bring out the big guns, “Right now they’re trying to track down whose IP [address] it was. We got Jack Bauer on it,” he cracked.

Asked if she could imagine a future reconciliation with her former best friend Conrad, Montag told PEOPLE: “I mean, as far as right now, probably not, but time tells all, so we’ll see.”

As of Tuesday, a new message was posted on Montag’s Web site that read: “Just wanted everyone to know that my blog got hacked last night and the hacker(s) posted up FAKE blog post about me admitting to spreading the rumors about the LC sex tape. Stay tuned for more of my weekly posts, and my new posts below from today.

Heidi Montag is finally ready to tell the whole truth and nothing but the truth.

In an exclusive interview, Montag confirms what Us first reported in its April 23 issue: that she had undergone rhinoplasty and breast augmentation earlier that month.

The 21-year-old aspiring singer opens about her decision to go under the knife, enlarging from a 32-A to a 32-C, and the painful body-image problems that spurred her to make a change.

Tell Us why you had the surgeries.
“I’ve always been very insecure about my body. My whole life, I looked at my chest and was like, OK, they’re going to grow. This is my year! And it never happened. I was less than an A-cup. I wore pushup bras, which cut into my skin. If I was with a guy and there was a girl next to me with big boobs, I would be like, Oh, my God, he’s looking at her! On the beach, if I was standing next to a girl with big boobs, I’d be like, I hate her! I hated my nose too. I have my dad’s nose, which is huge. It took up so much of my face, when I looked down, I could see my nose. I couldn’t get away from it!”

Were you ever teased about your appearance?
“People would say, “You have such a big nose!” And they’d make fun of me for being so flat, and say mean boy things, like, “If you nailed two nails in a board, they would be bigger than you are.” I was tormented. And when I was older, I’d want to be intimate, but I’d feel insecure. My boyfriends always had bigger chests than I did!”

A lot of people believe Spencer pressured you into surgery, since he’s made his love of Playboy bunnies known.
“He had nothing to do with it. If anything, he said, ‘maybe you should think about it a lot longer’.”

Take Us back to April 2, the day of surgery.
“I woke up, and it was like Christmas: I was a nervous wreck, but I was just so excited at the same time. Spencer said, “I’m so proud of you.” It was like he was wishing me well off to school: “Love you! Bye!” But surgery is a very big deal. Right before I went in, I was like, What if I don’t wake up? Oh, this is scary. Then I thought, I don’t care. If I don’t wake up, it’s worth it. I just wanted it so badly.”

Did Lauren Conrad make a hateful house call to Heidi Montag’s parents? Her ex-best bud claims that Conrad, 21, repeatedly tried to sabotage her relationship with Spencer Pratt, 24, on the MTV series The Hills last season.

“They don’t show the footage of how Lauren was sort of obsessed with Spencer, or how she called my mom in Colorado and told her I was involved in an abusive relationship,” Montag says in the October issue of CosmoGirl!

A source tells Us that Montag, 21, “found out about LC’s call from her sister Holly” last spring — shortly after the LC sex tape rumors (which Montag has been accused of starting) first emerged. Was LC out for revenge? Responds a Conrad insider, “That’s completely ridiculous.”

Heidi Montag and Spencer Pratt’s reign of terror continues! Montag, 20, is on the cover of the October issue of COSMOGirl! which features a Q&A with the two Hills stars titled “What You Don’t Know About Me & Spencer.” As we’ve come to expect, the couple spends most of the interview bashing Lauren Conrad and talking about how much they love each other.

According to Montag, her fiancé is “smart, funny, sweet, genuine and a great businessman! He’s my dream guy!” Has Heidi been brainwashed? Or is poor, misunderstood Spencer, 24, simply the victim of creative editing, that makes him out to be the bad guy?

Read interview excerpts below and judge for yourself…

Heidi on Spencer:
“I could start crying right now when I think about being without Spencer.”

Spencer on Lauren Conrad:
“Lauren is the show’s Goody Two-shoes. Heidi is portrayed as the wild, goofy friend who is going through all these experiences that they can’t have Lauren go through because she is the sweet, innocent character. But sometimes she’s the craziest one of us all.”

Heidi on being the bad girl:
“It’s like I was the good girl on the show until I fell in love with Spencer, and then I became the bad girl. But they don’t show the footage of how Lauren was sort of obsessed with Spencer, or how she called my mom in Colorado and told her I was involved in an abusive relationship, or how she would scream at me in the middle of the club if I wanted to leave at 2 a.m. to go see Spencer.”

Heidi on Lauren being needy:
“I spent a lot of time with her during her breakup with Jason. I was there for her every day and night when she cried, and I have been there for her through some horrible things you never saw on-camera. No matter how much time I spent with her, it was never enough. Lauren always wants to have a friend around.”

Heidi on how Lauren changed when she started dating Spencer:
“The minute I started not hanging out with her as much because I wanted to spend more time with Spencer, she got really upset. It hurt me that she could turn off our friendship so quickly just because she wasn’t happy with my boyfriend. I made so many attempts to make Lauren happy, but you don’t see that on the show.”

Spencer on how his relationship changed after Heidi and LC stopped being friends:
“All I know is that once Lauren was out of our relationship, it became flawless. It was like I had this girlfriend who had this friend whose goal it was to break us up. Lauren’s not dumb, and she knows how to get what she wants. She’s got a really strong team of people around her; she knows how to work it.”

Spencer on being grateful:
“Heidi and I both know that without Lauren there wouldn’t have been The Hills, and believe me, we are grateful for that, and for being on a hit show.”

Heidi Montag’s parents approve of her fiancé Spencer Pratt – really, they do.

“They loved Spencer, they really did,” Montag, who has been engaged to Pratt since May 2007, told Ryan Seacrest Tuesday. “They thought he was so funny, and they thought we were literally two peas in a pod.”

The 20-year-old reality show starlet called into Seacrest’s KIIS FM radio show to discuss Monday night’s episode of The Hills, which included Pratt’s first visit to her Crested Butte home to meet her parents.

“It was funny. He slept on the couch. It was really fun. We stayed for a couple of days,” Montag said of the “strictly old school” time.

When asked if Pratt sought permission before asking for Montag’s hand in marriage, she defended her beau’s actions: “I mean, he didn’t officially ask me on the episode to marry him so [when he met my parents] that’s kinda what it was – him telling them, ‘Look, I love your daughter, and one day want to marry her, pretty much with your permission.’ ” The previous night on MTV’s aftershow, though, Montag confirmed that she and Pratt are indeed engaged.

As for what her parents think of the arrangement, Montag says her mother trusts her judgment and gets all her gossip on Spencer. “She knows I love him and everything. She met Spencer and she could just tell.”

Montag also gave Seacrest some fashion news involving her ongoing fight with former pal Lauren Conrad. “Everybody kept asking me for [Team Heidi T-shirts] on the street. ‘Where do I get Team Heidi shirts? I want to buy them!’ ” she says of her latest attempt to rally support.

Is she creating a “Team Lauren” shirt as well? That would be no, she says, “just Team Heidi.”
