There’s a lot of fuss over these new nude photos (NSFW) that are supposed to be Rihanna. These came almost right after photos of singer Cassie topless and now spread-eagle have leaked. While Cassie’s topless photos look convincingly real as they show her face, (I’m not as convinced about the full frontal one as it’s grainy) and Cassie herself confirmed that her computer was “hacked” to “steal” the pics, it’s hard to tell with the Rihanna pics.

Why it might not be Rihanna
- None of the nude pictures that are close up show her face
- There are closeup photos only of Rihanna’s face but there is no way to verify that it is the same person shown nude. (e.g. nails are not visible so we can check if they’re the same color, the outfit is not the same, the sheet pattern is not seen in other shots, jewelry is not the same)
- In the single faraway photo that shows “Rihanna” half-dressed and taking a photo in the mirror it looks like the head is pasted onto the body. The hair is flat on one side like it was erased, the head is too small for the body, and the head is on a white background where it could easily be cut out and replaced. It’s hard to tell though.

Why it could be Rihanna
- Rihanna has her right nipple pierced and we know what her nipples look like (sorry to be so graphic) from when she wore a see through shirt. If you compare the photo taken in the mirror that shows her right nipple pierced and the shape and size of her chest it looks the same as in that see-through picture.
- Writing on the mirror says “Robyn,” Rihanna’s real name, although this could easily be added on later.

Rihanna’s people are sending cease and desists to websites publishing the pictures, calling them a violation of her rights. They do not confirm or deny that it’s actually Rihanna. If it wasn’t her, you would think they would just deny it.
