Victoria Beckham is dragging a British magazine into court for saying she’s on diet pills.

The skinny star is furious because tabloid rag Now said that she had her sister sneak the tablets from the UK to Los Angeles to help her keep her weight down.

According to reports, the mom of three is said to be “horrified”, and even says the false claims are “dangerous” because she is a role model to so many people.

The former Spice Girl’s agent Jo Milloy said today, “The accusation is dangerous, defamatory and blatantly untrue.

“Victoria takes her position as a role model to young women very seriously and is horrified by this hurtful, fabricated story.

“It is now with her lawyers.”

Madonna rang in the big 5-0 with husband Guy Ritchie by her side at London hotspot Volstead on Saturday.

The pair — who recently denied rumors they plan to adopt another child from Malawi — were all smiles for the celebration.

The material girl glowed in a sheer black blouse with super blonde hair and tons of bling around her neck. Ritchie, 39, dressed dapper in a three-piece suit and stayed close to his wife of seven years.

Their behavior is a far cry from tense outings earlier this summer, when the couple were dodged by split rumors following Us Weekly’s exclusive report that Yankees slugger Alex Rodriguez had been making late night visits to Madonna’s NYC apartment.

In July, the Times of London confirmed that Madonna had consulted the same high-profile divorce attorney who worked with Paul McCartney. Us confirmed that Ritchie had sought legal advice from Forsters law firm in London.

So what did Ritchie get his wife for her birthday?

News of the World reported that he commissioned graffiti artist Banksy (Brad Pitt is a big fan) to design a portrait of Madonna for $900,000.

Has Jen Aniston already moved on from John Mayer?

The National Enquirer is reporting that Aniston, 39, was “putting the moves on” 28-year-old model Matt Felker — Selma Blair’s ex who starred in Britney Spears’ “Toxic” video.

But a rep for Felker tells Access Hollywood the report is “totally not true.”

Citing a source, Access is reporting that Felker briefly met Aniston about a week-and-a-half ago — and that was the extent of it.

In the new issue of Us Weekly (on newsstands now), a mutual pal says the actress’ romance with Mayer, 30, is “cooling off” after she expressed her need to have a life — and baby – with him.

Lindsay Lohan says she felt compelled to blog on her MySpace Celebrity page after two photographers asked her if her 14-year-old sister Ali had implants.

“It made me feel a bit sick to my stomach,” she writes. “My response simply was, ‘Did you really just ask me that? She is a 14-year-old girl, and you are a pedophile!’”

Lindsay continues, “All I am trying to say is that I was raised with a wonderful family surrounding me. Of course, we have our ups and downs, but all in all, my mother taught us to appreciate what we have been given. Nor would she ever encourage, or allow a 14-year-old child to alter her body.”

Lindsay goes on to say that she doesn’t judge people who do have plastic surgery.

“I am just saying that it’s not something that my family finds necessary to do, especially when you’re not even fully developed yet!” she writes.

That Paris Hilton sure can deliver a line!

A day after she released a mock presidential campaign ad spoofing John McCain, the Web Site that posted it revealed the heiress shot the entire skit without the help of cue-cards.

In other words, she memorized the entire skit. What can we say? Paris Hilton is ready for her close-up Mr. Demille!

The spoof, posted on the Web Site Funnyordie.com, features Paris detailing her energy plan while lounging on a pool chaise in a leopard print bathing suit.

The site’s co-founder Adam McKay came up with the concept for a mock ad starring Hilton, which has received over 3 million views since it was posted Tuesday.

”Adam thought it would be really funny to get Paris to respond to the John McCain ad that featured her,” Funny or Die content director Amy Rhodes told The Associated Press on Wednesday. ”

Adam contacted Paris directly, and she agreed to do it. He wrote the sketch. And she really, really loved it.”

McCain’s original campaign ad used an image of Paris to mock Democratic nominee Barack Obama as an international celebrity.

Seems like High School Musical star, Zac Efron, 20, is tired of his squeaky-clean image.

Sunday night at the Teen Choice Awards, which he attended with High School Musical co-star and girlfriend, Vanessa Hudgens, 20, he told OK!, “I’m looking for something new and exciting to do. I want to do something dark or a comedy. There’s tons of icons that I would love to work with on something new and exciting.”

Doesn’t seem like he is headed towards a dark character yet, as Paramount Pictures announced last year that Efron would be starring the lead role in the remake of Footloose.

So far in Zac’s career, he has been the go-to guy for musicals, High School Musical, High School Musical 2, High School Musical: Senior Year, and Hairspray.
